Single Ride Ticket Bulk Purchases

Marin Transit offers discounts on bulk purchase of single ride tickets to agencies and organizations seeking fare media to support a community need via the local bus system.

Single ride tickets are sold in increments of 50 or more. 

• A 10% discount is applied to purchases of 50 single ride tickets. 
• A 25% discount is applied to purchases of 100 single ride tickets. 
• A 50% discount is applied to purchases of 250+ single ride tickets. 

Single ride ticket purchases must be picked up by the purchaser at either the San Rafael Transit Customer Service Center or the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District Administrative Office at 1011 Anderson Drive in San Rafael. Single ride tickets will be available for pick-up 3-5 business days after the purchase is made. A customer service representative will contact you when the tickets are available for pick-up. 

Using Single Ride Tickets

• Single ride tickets are good for one ride on Marin Transit local buses.
• Single ride tickets are not valid for transfers, have no cash value, and no expiration date. 
• Single ride tickets are not valid for use on Muir Woods Shuttle, Golden Gate Transit, Golden Gate Ferry, SMART, or Marin Access services.
• Single ride tickets are for use by riders of all ages; age or ability based discounts (e.g. senior, disabled, youth) do not apply when used.
